And I think we have to be able to give everyone the tools that they need and the strategies that they need in order to keep moving, right? Yes, yes precisely. This is why I believe, Ana, that the first, if you do not have self-awareness, if you don’t know who you are, what matters to you, what you are good at, it’s very difficult to start exploring options, because you might feel, for example, inspired by someone else’s story and say “oh, I think I could be good at doing that”. But if you don’t really know who you are, what your particular strengths and if these aligns with your personal values, you might end up either like, I don’t know, hitting the wall, or trying something and not feeling fulfilled.
