Professional Background

I started my career as a corporate lawyer specialized in Mergers and Acquisitions mostly related to the energy and telecom industries. After pursuing a masters degree in International Law from London School of Economics (LSE), I worked for a few years with the renowned British Law firm Clifford Chance where I had the opportunity to lean about the European organizations and its legal implications when doing international business. Also, during that time I started to develop a self awareness in relation to how different cultures influence the work space and the interaction between people within organizations. In 2006, I moved to the U.S. and started transitioning careers as I realized my current career lacked the sense of purpose I was looking for. I was one of the founders of a start up focused on rendering consulting services to South American retailers to benchmark themselves agains successful American businesses. Through conversations with senior executives of these companies I understood their vision and their challenge in communicating and implementing what they wanted. This is when I decided to become an executive coach to support those executives in defining their vision and helping them to get there. After my certification in Columbia University, I founded PH Executive Coaching where I support professional from all over the globe to identify their ideal future state, find purpose and live a life with a sense of joy and fulfillment.
