Bio

Nicholas Arons is a Partner in Corporate Law at Katsky Korins. He joined the Firm’s corporate department in 2017, after spending a decade at a transactional law firm devoted to international clients and cross-border transactions. He currently represents several large, international family offices and executives, including many from Latin America, with extensive holdings or operations in the United States. He has helped structure and implement the acquisition of closely-held businesses and assets, advised on cross-border joint ventures, finance deals, restaurant and sports related industries, the purchase and registration of aircrafts, the execution of multi-generational trusts for family succession purposes, and even the legal work for international musicians touring the United States. He has supervised complex commercial litigation, and cases concerning breach of contract and international aviation. He spent five years as counsel to one of the main FIFA related defendants, in addition to other white collar matters, predominantly affecting international clients. He has served as outside general counsel for mid-size businesses and non-profit organizations including family foundations.
